Aims and objectives: : To assess patient radiation doses during cerebral angiography and embolization of intracranial aneurysms from multi-centers and propose diagnostic reference level (DRL).      

Methods and materials:   This study was approved by our Institutional Review Board. Results:   A total of 861 patients were included in this survey, including 490 diagnostic and 371 therapeutic procedures, respectively.
