Aims and objectives: Endovascular treatment of flow-diverter stent such as the pipeline embolization device (PED; Covidien, Mansfield, Massachusetts, USA) is gaining widespread acceptance for treatment of intracranial aneurysms, giant, wide neck, large size and fusiform aneurysms [1-4]. Results: The average scores ± SD for silent MRA was 3.50 ± 0.68, and for 3D TOF-MRA was 1.87 ± 0.66 (p<0.05). Interobserver agreement was substantial agreement (κ=0.71). Conclusion: Silent MRA might be useful for follow-up of intracranial aneurysms treated with pipeline embolization device. However, this study has some limitations. We should evaluate further examination.
