Learning objectives: To rewiew the radiological findings in patients with H1N1 infection (Swine-origin) in winter season 2016.

Background: The last pandemic of H1N1 infection (Swine-origin) was in 2009 [1]. The main characteristics of this virus are in a high incidence of infection, which differs from those of seasonal influenza infections. Findings and procedure details: This study were included 6 patients aged from 21 to 78 yo with confirmed H1N1 infection (by real time reverse transcriptase polymerase raection technique). Chest CT examinations were performed all patients in emergency department of City Clinical Hospital №4 of Department of Healthcare of Mosco[...]

Conclusion: CT signs are not specific in the cases of H1N1 infection. Even the absence of changes does not exclude the presence of this pathology.
